Youth Sports Performance Training in Cincinnati

Thrash Training Co. provides youth sports performance training in Cincinnati focused on long-term athletic development. Young athletes learn age-appropriate strength, movement competency, speed, and coordination in a supervised, encouraging environment with Coach Drew Uy, CSCS, USAW L1.

01

Age-Appropriate Strength Development

Young athletes build strength through supervised, progressive training that emphasizes technique and movement quality before load. Programming is matched to the athlete’s age, maturity, and training experience.

02

Movement Competency

Foundational movement skills — squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, bracing, and landing — are developed first so athletes move well before they move heavy.

03

Speed and Coordination

Speed, agility, and coordination drills help young athletes learn how to move efficiently, building a base of athleticism they carry into every sport.

04

Confidence and Long-Term Development

The goal is long-term athletic development, not short-term results. Training builds confidence, consistency, and healthy habits that support an athlete’s entire career.

05

Progressive Resistance Training

Resistance is introduced progressively and only when movement competency allows. Under supervision, progressive resistance training supports healthy development and physical preparation.

06

Individualized Coaching

No two young athletes are the same. Programming accounts for sport, season, growth, and individual needs so each athlete trains safely and purposefully.

07

Cincinnati Training Location

In-person youth sports performance training is offered at RTS Barbell in Walnut Hills, Cincinnati, serving families across Greater Cincinnati including Hyde Park, Oakley, Norwood, and Clifton.
